Keesense
Chronolife's remote patient monitoring solution is based on Chronolife's wearable medical device (CE IIa*), Keesense its associated smartphone app, and a partner remote monitoring platform to manage dashboards and alerts.
It is worn in the form of a comfortable, fully machine-washable t-shirt that continuously collects 6 physiological parameters, providing access to raw data and quality indicators (electrocardiogram, skin temperature, thoracic and abdominal respiration, physical activity and thoracic impedance).
The solution can be prescribed by healthcare professionals to support their patients throughout their care journey by remotely monitoring the evolution of their health status (cardiology, pneumology, covid and oncology areas).
It can also be used to determine the impact of drug therapy in near real-time as part of therapeutic effectiveness programs.

Smart Textile
Smart Textile is a CE marked and FCC approved solution based on a comfortable and fully machine washable wearable t-shirt device, a smartphone application and a web portal for data visualization and reports.
The wearable T-shirt device continuously tracks 20+ physiological parameters and health indicators** under real-world conditions, supporting a variety of use cases such as workplace health, worker safety, or aging in place.
The Smart Textile mobile application and web platform are completely open and non-exclusive, and can thus integrate data from a variety of third-party devices (e.g. pulse oximeter, tensiometer, etc.). In addition, Chronolife can interface its wearable and mobile application with various web portals in a way that is fully adapted to the customer's needs.
