Target group
The tool is aimed at employees in home care, nursing homes and rehabilitation centers, as well as hospitals that have a special focus on wound triage and wound care.
The focus is on preventive and developmental work to ensure the quality of care so that as few citizens as possible become ill, lose function or are hospitalized unnecessarily.
The product
The tool was originally developed as part of a danish project "In Safe Hands" with a focus on pressure ulcer categorization and location as well as reporting of the Braden score, and has since been expanded with a number of additional functions, including expanded graphical display and use of methods for Skin care – Substrate management – Positioning techniques – Diet interventions.
