Documentation and overview provide efficient care with the citizen at the center

Solutions from Pallas provide structure and uniformity in the care of citizens and reduce the need for complicated reports, while also giving employees more time to "work with warm hands" as double registrations are avoided.

The core of Pallas' solutions for the care sector is our Smart Center.

Smart Center is the framework for all the observation and special solutions we deliver to our customers.

At the same time, Smart Center gives users the opportunity to supplement themselves with all relevant citizen information and can thus fully replace the use of traditional whiteboards.

User-oriented solution development

When we develop and implement solutions in municipalities and care institutions, the daily user is the most important element in getting a successful solution established and used in daily life. The user helps define which information should be displayed and where, as well as ensuring optimization of efficient work routines. This method ensures ownership of the solution and ensures that necessary observations and information are registered. This gives less reporting time and more time for citizens, and thus increases the quality of care and interaction with the citizen.

The Smart Center solution consists of:

Smart Dashboard provides an overview of multiple citizens with name, picture, location and associated triages and other observations. In addition, the time of the last observation, as well as upcoming appointments. It is possible to filter the overview based on various parameters, such as area/district/team and observation type. This creates an easy and visual overview of the citizens.

Smart Citizen zooms in and shows a more detailed overview of citizen-specific triages and other observations such as EWS, Braden and BVC. In addition, an overview of, for example, contact persons, goals and efforts, medication list, diet and special needs and aids is displayed. Finally, a detailed overview of planned and possibly unperformed tasks/appointments is also displayed here.

Smart Status is a customized overview board with columns, where the staff themselves choose which citizen information they want to display. Smart Status thus functions as the staff's replacement for a classic whiteboard, with an always updated digital overview of all desired information. Desired information can be entered directly on the board (or via keyboard), selected from items from a predefined list (e.g. contact persons or special needs), or information can be retrieved directly from the care system (e.g. medication list or health information). All information is displayed in the desired order.

Smart Plan is a timeline view that provides an overview of tasks/appointments associated with individual citizens. The tasks can come from the care system and concern treatments, medication administration, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, hairdresser, dentist, social appointments, visits to relatives and much more. In addition, it is also possible to create other types of tasks/appointments for citizens, e.g. social events directly in Smart Plan. Any overdue tasks/appointments are included in the timeline until the receipt is completed. Smart Plan thus becomes a digital replacement for the spiral calendar.

Observation and daily schedule APP

Our APP contains access to the solution modules that you have purchased for your solution. This means that you can from the APP make observations for Triage = Early Detection, EWS = Early Warning Score, Braden = Wound Triage based on the Braden Scale and Dementia observations based on the Kitwood flower.

In addition, the APP also has a daily schedule section under the Triage section, where scheduled services, medication intake and other appointments are displayed and marked when completed.

Modules

We also have a number of additional modules that can be purchased and run seamlessly in the Smart Center solution. All modules can be integrated into the care system, where there are – or can be created – schedules for the purpose.

Welfare technology

We have defined an “open platform strategy” for welfare technology for our Smart Center solution.

Flexible pricing and licensing structure

Pallas' digital solutions can be purchased both as package solutions or as stand-alone solutions. In other words, we can quickly adapt to your needs at attractive prices. We adapt the modules to your needs and provide efficient and fast support during the license period. If new needs and wishes arise along the way, we add these to your existing modules.
