Target group
The tool is aimed at staff in home healthcare, nursing homes and rehabilitation centers, as well as hospitals that place a special focus on measuring vital signs according to the EWS (Early Warning Score).

An advanced feature of the tool is its integration into a sensor-based undershirt or T-shirt. This innovative garment can continuously measure important health parameters and automatically transmit them to the system.

An intuitive graphical reporting platform is used to document observations, allowing for the inclusion of additional details. This enables the effective recording of even complex situations. The associated measures and activities can then be jointly evaluated.

The EWS solution also includes an overview of recommended guidelines for responding to the EWS score. They ensure that staff always have quick access to the necessary knowledge and can thus perform care tasks in a timely and competent manner. Separate tolerance limits can also be set for chronic patients, so that the EWS score reflects the needs of the individual citizen. The individual parameters can be easily followed on the overview boards, where all reported scores are collected in a user-friendly overview, enabling staff to quickly respond to changes in the citizen's condition.
