Strategy
We have defined a “welfare technology strategy” for our Smart Center solution. Our Smart Center is now open to integrate data from other welfare technology units.
This means that observation and event data from the welfare technology will be automatically registered and will support the work processes in connection with care and the reported observations registered on the citizen made by the care staff.
The combination of automatically and manually recorded observation data is displayed in overview views and in apps.
